All room rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on a per night per room basis and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. All other transactions are in NZ Dollars and include GST of 15%.

In accordance with government guidelines we will only be accepting bookings from essential workers or permitted travellers on dates where such guidelines/restrictions exist (i.e. Level 3 & 4). Reasonable evidence must be provided. Where evidence is not provided the booking will be cancelled. It is not possible to quarantine at this property.
Please be advised that NO VISITORS are permitted unless by prior arrangement.
Our office will remain closed or have reduced opening hours. We will contact all guests prior to arrival to advise current check in procedures and other necessary information.
Our room service and breakfast options will be limited or unavailable at this time. We will advise prior to check in.
Strict physical distancing measures are in place. Please keep a distance of at least 2 metres from other guests and staff at all times.
Hand sanitiser is available at 4 stations on the premises.
Wearing a face mask is mandatory in all common areas. Please let us know if you have an exemption certificate.
All guests are required to use the contract tracer app.

Age: You must be 18yrs or over. Photo identification is to be presented on arrival.
All reservations made through this web site must be accompanied by a valid credit/debit card. The full amount of the reservation will be charged after the period on ‘non cancellation’.
A valid credit card must be presented on arrival. For debit card holders, a bond/authorisation equal to 1 night’s accommodation is required on arrival. This will be refunded/cancelled on departure.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If booking cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no penalty fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in the case of a ‘no show’, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing.
Please Note: For Special Events or Promotional Rates a ‘No Cancellation’ policy may apply.
Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card charged for the original transaction.
Group Bookings: When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies apply with regards to deposits. You will be contacted directly.
Arrival and Departure Times:
Check In: 14:00 – 20:00 hours (Weekends or Public Holidays 14:00 – 19:00)
Check Out: 07:00 – 10:00 hours (Weekends or Public Holidays 08:00 – 10:00)
Pets: Pets are not allowed
Security Gate: The security gate closes at 19:00, so guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to contact the mote in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Smoking: We have a strict non-smoking policy for all of our guests. A charge of 1 nights accommodation will apply for those who disregard this policy. Smoking is allowed on the balcony/patio area only and ashtrays are provided.
Visitors: All visitors are required to report to reception as we need to know who is on the premises at all times in the case of an emergency and for security purposes. In order to ensure the quiet enjoyment of all of our guests we ask that visitors and those hosting visitors keep noise to a minimum. Visitors are to leave by 9.00 p.m. Parking is for motel guests only.
Damage: We understand that accidents can happen and we would appreciate you letting us know immediately when a spillage or breakage occurs. This enables us to attend to this immediately to minimise long term damage and potential claim for costs. Any other damages or breakages that are caused through carelessness or disrespect of our property will be charged accordingly.
