All room rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on a per night per room basis and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. All other transactions are in NZ Dollars and include GST of 15%.

Please be advised that we are operating within the current Auckland COVID-19 restrictions. This means that we may contact you to ensure that we are able to accept your booking at this time. It is mandatory to wear a mask upon arrival and when interacting with staff. Hand sanitiser has been placed at multiple sites on the property for your use. Physical distancing is required at reception and when interacting with staff. NO visitors are permitted at this time unless by prior arrangement.
It is not possible to quarantine or self-isolate at this property.

Age: You must be 18yrs or over. Photo identification is to be presented on arrival.
All reservations made through this web site must be accompanied by a valid credit/debit card. The full amount of the reservation will be charged after the period on ‘non cancellation’.
A valid credit card must be presented on arrival. For debit card holders, a bond/authorisation equal to 1 night’s accommodation is required on arrival. This will be refunded/cancelled on departure.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If booking cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no penalty fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in the case of a ‘no show’, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing.
Please Note: For Special Events or Promotional Rates a ‘No Cancellation’ policy may apply.
Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card charged for the original transaction.
Group Bookings: When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies apply with regards to deposits and cancellation period. You will be contacted directly.
Arrival and Departure Times:
Check In: 14:00 – 20:00 hours (Weekends or Public Holidays 14:00 – 19:00)
Check Out: 07:00 – 10:00 hours (Weekends or Public Holidays 08:00 – 10:00)
Pets: Pets are not allowed
Vehicles: Due to the design of our courtyard we do not allow vehicles that exceed acceptable noise levels. This includes cars, utes, trucks and motorcycles.
Security Gate: The security gate closes at 19:00, so guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to contact the motel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Smoking: We have a strict non-smoking policy for all of our guests. A charge of 1 nights accommodation will apply for those who disregard this policy. Smoking is allowed on the balcony/patio area only and ashtrays are provided.
Visitors: All pre-authorised visitors are required to report to reception as we need to know who is on the premises at all times in the case of an emergency and for security purposes. In order to ensure the quiet enjoyment of all of our guests we ask that visitors and those hosting visitors keep noise to a minimum. Visitors are to leave by 7.00 p.m. Parking is for motel guests only. Please note that the number of visitors will not exceed the room occupancy capacity.
Damage: We understand that accidents can happen and we would appreciate you letting us know immediately when a spillage or breakage occurs. This enables us to attend to this immediately to minimise long term damage and potential claim for costs. Any other damages or breakages that are caused through carelessness or disrespect of our property will be charged accordingly.
Strictly Not Permitted: Pre Ball, After Ball, Hen or Stag Parties, Pre Event or any other party or gathering is not permitted under any circumstances.
